What causes a persons Adam's Apple area to blow totally out of the front of their neck but leaves only a small round wound for blood pressure relief?

There are two ways to think about this:
Heating - Imagine being able to heat up a water balloon instantly with microwaves. The water goes from nothing to boiling instantly. What would happen in a closed system without enough wall integrity? it would explode.
Brute Force - Imagine squeezing Charlie in the chest with 1000's of pounds of force, what woudl happen? It would be like squeezing a water balloon until it burst.
If the energy that actually caused the neck to rupture came from microwaves or other forces that caused heating or compressive stress, the result would look like an exploding neck.
That also explains the chain blowing off backwards and it could explain any other debris flying away from him in any direction (like the blown out t shirt, the apparent shrapnel leaving his neck and the apparent bullet between the legs).
What was witnessed was an internal explosion - with exact catalyzing source still unknown.

at 1:35 of this video you can see the first energy wave puff in the front which has not been documented otherwise - it's around the entire front of his neck AND can be seen lifting shirt behind neck. The CENTER of that energy is the innards of his neck. his neck exploaded out concentrically.

..at 1:36 of this video you can see that high rise of his shirt over left collar bone.
If the heart was heated with microwaves and it uploaded up with pressure due to heat or other, it's reasonable to think that may have snapped the collar bone. A snapped collar bone has been known to internally puncture jugular.
Alternatively microwave or acoustic affect could have excited the chain/crucifix which its believed he was wearing - like metal in an MRI machine. The crucifix itself could have caused puncture but that seems illogical given it should have torn the sking -- and the hole appears clean and round. -- like a rupture out.
NOTE: in the foreground of this photo is a speaker that was facing outward. But imagine that speaker was putting off a wave signal directed at him -- imagine that excited his crucifix (metal) on his chest -- like an MRI machine... that's the type of explanation we are looking for for the execution system and/or flying shirt facts.
at 1:37 the collar is back down, but from this angle we can see the magnet on mic has not continued to move across the chest.
at 1:38 of this video he is starting to get pulled up out of the chair
at 1:39 of this video the uplift is more noticeable
by 1:41 he is starting to fall left
by 1:42 he's moving furher left and the mic/magnet is still seen on the fold of his shirt on left
by 1:43 his arm is coming up and he's falling left...

The same video - at 2:22 seems to show the chain from Kir'ks' necklace blowing off up and back.
With a concentric explosing around the neck it's logicalt to think it could have put stres on what appears to be a gold, chain linked necklace with crucifix . Once snapped it's reasonable to think it would fly away on the shock waves.

If you look carefully at this video , the guy who did the signaling was first to touch charline and he literally pushed him to the ground... but by that time he looks like he's already stiff...

In this video there is a hand motion that appears to be a hand off or they are removing something from kirks hand... and as soon as it's done the guy in black disappears.
it's unlikely they were passing him car keys to get the car ready...
another video seems to show there was no handoff -- it appeasr whe was in fact pointing to the car / exit area...
